STREE HAS A LOT OF SURPRISES FOR THE AUDIENCE 

Review

Though the idea of the film was a little bizarre but it still managed to pull out scare and laughter at the same time. Raj Kumar Rao is terrific and so is Shraddha Kapoor. Furthermore, I have noticed that Aparshakti Khurana is an exact copy of his famous brother Ayushman Khurana.  The story revolves around a place called chanderi where a witch is believed to take up men during the time of the biggest festival that takes place in the town.

The witch targets men who are alone and calls them out with their name.  Now if the men respond to the call, the witch known as the stree takes them away leaving only the clothes in the street. What follows is really good scare an insane amount of laughter.  Shraddha Kapoor who plays as the witch hunter has gained some weight but looks super cute anyways.

Highlights

Well, the highlights can be summarised as follows:

1. When Raj Rao Kumar realises that his mother was a prostitute.

2. When Raj Kumar Rao thinks that Shraddha Kapoor is the witch and not a real woman.

3.  When Raj Kumar Rao gets relief knowing that Shraddha Kapoor is a witch hunter and not a witch.

4.  When the witch takes away one of the friends of Raj Kumar Rao known as Janna in the film.

5. The song where Shraddha Kapoor and Raj Kumar Rao shares an auto together.

6. When Shraddha Kapoor takes the bus ride in the last scene

Should you watch it?

Yes, definitely the film had enough scares that will make your heart pump faster and enough comedy and that will make you die out of laughter. The script is kept clean and precise and there is no forced songs which seems to be irrelevant. Everything moves in sequence and it is pleasing to eye to see that the cast outperform their performance in every aspect of the film. Would review the film 3.5 out of 5.
