KARISHMA TANNA ACCUSED FOR STEALING 2.5LAKH



Manas Katyal a Delhi based event manager has accused Karishma Tanna of cheating on him. He also said that he has received threats from Karishma. According to Mr. Manas, he had given Karishma Tanna an amount of 2.5lakh to perform in  a wedding. The wedding reception was to be held in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. However, there was no written agreement. In her defense, Karishma says that she is the one who has been cheated. She did not agree to the event on the first place. But since they have chased her for a month she said yes. According to her, she was not ready for the event since the events meant long journeys by road.

Since she is suffering from back and knee problems she usually avoids such events. She adds that she was accompanied by two more ladies her hair stylist and her manager. The location first decided was Moradabad and after they were about reach Moradabad their location was suddenly changed and it was Haldwani. At this point of time, she got furious and told the driver to return to Delhi since there was no clarity.She pleaded the driver for about 15 minutes after which the driver to took her back to Delhi.



Mr. Manas, on the other hand, says she was well aware of the destination and she was never kept in the dark. According to him, she had a dance number in Srilanka the very next day. And to be ready for that she made up such a story of health issues to leave his project midway.
It seems that Mr. Manas is in no mood for settling this calmly and he also adds that he will make sure that this issue settles in his favor in the court.
