Hichki is the best film that happend after Padmavat this year

Hichki is the movie which is pure gold. There have been so many films about teachers influencing the life of students but Hichki is pure A. Cutting short the story revolves around Rani Mukherjee who has Tourette syndrome a speech defect which is caused when the nerves inside the brain doesn’t function properly, the symptoms are weird noises like “who-who” and  “cha cha “ and rubbing of hand under your chin rigorously. Rani Mukherjee finds it hard to find a job as a school teacher with this speech defect and ends up getting rejected by 18 schools but luckily gets selected in Saint Notker. 

She comes across a notorious class known as 9f who are slum students but has the privilege to study in this school due to right to education. Since the land where they used to live is now the playground of Saint Notker so by the rule of government they have been enrolled to study in this school. Now the story takes a turn and shifts from Rani Mukherjee to the students creating mischief. The students are not easy to please and they make Rani’s life  a mess. 

As the time passes they grow found of Rani and ultimately starts loving her. Having a Yash Raj banner backing up this film keeps you hooked from start. There not a single moment you will be bored. Its fantastic, brilliant and a movie worth to die for. Special mention had to be the child who plays the most arrogant (Harsh Mayer) who once played the lead in my name is kalam.
